Hi there. My name is Jarad.
I’m a freelance web designer with a history working with both freelance teams and small design firms. I have nearly 5 years experience designing effective websites for great companies such as Nestlé, Assemblies of God, Northwest Airlines, Breast Cancer Foundation, as well as many other local and national brands.Outside of freelance design I have acted as creative director at two small design firms, Departika and Ethix Studios. The first, Departika, was a 10 man firm where I worked among four creative directors managing work passed along to outside designers, while also being involved in planning, design and build out of websites for our more prominent clients. After my time at Departika, I joined forces with developer Landon Lewis to assist in growing Ethix into a full service new media firm handling clients both large and small. Ethix has now grown into a network of 10 freelancers working together to meet the needs of shared clients.
In the offline world I assist in daily operations of a co-op working space in Springfield, Missouri. We provide the coffee, conference room, Xbox, desks and chairs in exchange for your creative mind and a bit of cash.
